Bring along your own small item of furniture to paint on this furniture painting workshop!
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those wanting to refine their technique using different finishes. Bring your own project and take it home beautifully finished!
The workshop runs from 10am to 3pm and costs £70 per day, which includes basic products. All paint and extra materials used can be purchased from us on the day with a 10% discount. Any unused product is yours to take home.
You will learn how to apply the paints to get the best results, the preparation necessary and lots of helpful tips along the way! You will have access to all of the products that we sell including transfers, decoupage papers, waxes etc, to be paid for on the day.
The workshops are flexible in nature so that we can incorporate the particular requirements of your individual projects. If your project is more complex it maybe that it will take more than one session.
The paints we use are Fusion Mineral Paint, Milk Paint by Fusion, Dixie Belle Paint. Please be aware that we only use products on our workshop that we stock and are familiar with and these can be purchased from us on the day. with a 10% discount.
You can bring any small item of furniture that can be fully painted within the timeframe, for example a side table, bedside cabinet, chair etc. Please do not bring anything that has been waxed or previously painted, unless this has been removed in advance. If you do not have a project to paint but would still like to learn the techniques please let us know and we can supply something for you to work on.
Elaine co-owner of Vintage Attic Sevenoaks has many years of running furniture painting workshops and you will benefit from her in-depth furniture refinishing knowledge and experience.
We provide aprons and tea, coffee and cake!
The workshop will give you the tools to make your painted furniture stand out from the crowd and hopefully inspire you to practice and experiment so that you will go away and create beautiful pieces.
Class sizes are kept small to enhance your learning experience.
The workshops are held in our workshop located just outside Wrotham, Kent.

We aim to send all personalised products within 3 working days of ordering. Again, if your order is urgent please let us know and we will try to meet your deadline. Please be advised that although we try and maintain our delivery times we cannot guarantee them as we have no control over courier services once parcels have left us.

If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from Vintage Attic Sevenoaks.
Please email and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). Please use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.
Please be aware that if the value of the product returned reduces the value of the original order to below that which qualifies for a volume discount we will deduct the discount value or the postage cost value from your refund.
